Information collected
Name, company if supplied, email or phone, requested service, project summary, optional timeline and budget view, the time this notice was presented, and submission time are stored.
Purpose, method, and legal basis
Information is collected automatically through the electronic form and processed only to evaluate the request, respond, establish a possible contractual relationship, and protect related rights. Processing is limited to the applicable legal grounds for steps requested by the data subject and for establishing or performing a contract.
Access and transfers
Records are accessible only to authorized CGR Labs administrators and infrastructure providers that operate the server and email service. They are not sold, published, or transferred for advertising.
Retention
Project-request records are kept for up to 365 days for follow-up and legitimate operational records, then deleted unless a continuing engagement, legal obligation, or active dispute requires a longer period.
Your rights
You may ask whether your data is processed, request information, correction, deletion or destruction where applicable, object to an adverse result produced solely by automated analysis, and request compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
